Win more with your MAC league team. At your option, also participate in this contest. Prizes will be awarded according to highest 2011 season point totals achieved among all MAC league teams participating in this contest.
Prize amounts will be based on a percentage of total entry fees received. 1st = 50%, 2nd = 25%, 3rd = 15%, 4th = 10%. Prizes will be paid after completion of the contest (expected: October 2011).
To participate, print, complete and send this form along with your $50 entry fee. Your entry must be postmarked by March 30, 2011 and received by April 6, 2011.

In the event of a shortened season, if the average MLB team plays fewer than 81 games these contests will be cancelled and entries returned. In the event Fantrax does not publish final standings, these contests will be cancelled and entries returned. In the event of a dispute, I agree to hold the contest handlers harmless. My entry will be disqualified from prize eligibility if I fail to follow the rules of the MAC. Odds of winning will vary with number and skill of participants; 100% of entry fee total will be paid out as prizes for that contest by the person listed at the bottom, or returned. In the event of a tie, that prize will be divided evenly among tied participants. By the entry deadline, if only 3 enter, prizes will be 60%, 30%, 10%; if fewer than 3 enter, that contest will be cancelled and entries returned. These contests and their handlers are not affiliated with Fantrax.
