Intersystem Concepts, Inc.

Y2K Statement

Intersystem Concepts is committed to providing software that will operate without year 2000 related difficulty. Since 1986, all our software has been programmed to employ four year-digits in any calculation that involves dates. In some places, for display purposes only, the year is truncated to show only its last two digits.

Note that some of our products are themselves programming tools which are employed by various third parties to create software. To determine if software created with any of our tools is Y2K compliant, please contact the third party developer of that software.

For Developers

If you are user of one of our software development tools (Summit and Everest) we recommend that you employ the search capabilities within the tools to look for potential Y2K problems. The following is a suggested list of items for which to search in your projects. Note that this list is not meant to be all inclusive.

Summit (DOS)

Everest (Windows)

January 2000

In the unlikely event that, come January 2000, any of our software malfunctions due to a Y2K issue, we will divert all resources to the repair of that problem and dissemination of software updates.
